THE MOST VALUABLE ANTIQUES ARE OLD FRIENDS

It is easy to say
how we love new friends,
and what we think of them,
but words can never
trace out all the fibers
that knit us to the old.
Make new friends
but keep the old,
Those are silver,
these are old..

PEOPLE ENJOY INFERIORITY OF BEST FRIENDS

Be friends with everybody. When you have friends you will know there is somebody who will stand by you. You know the old saying, that if you have a single enemy you will find him everywhere. It doesn’t pay to make enemies. Lead the life that will make you kindly and friendly to every one about you, and you will be surprised what a happy life you will live.

FRIENDS ARE GOD APOLOGY FOR RELATION

We learn our virtues from the friends who love us; our faults from the enemy who hates us. We cannot easily discover our real character from a friend. He is a mirror, on which the warmth of our breath impedes the clearness of the reflection.

THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE A FRIEND IS TO BE ONE

The way to make a true friend is to be one Friendship implies loyalty, esteem, cordiality, sympathy, affection, readiness to aid, to help, to stick, to fight for, if need be. The real friend is he or she who can share all our sorrows and double our joys Radiate friendship and it will return sevenfold.

THE LANGUAGE OF FRIENDSHIP IS NOT WORDS BUT MEANINGS

Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light.

When you choose your friends, don't be short-changed by choosing personality over character.

It is more shameful to distrust our friends than to be deceived by them.

FRIENDSHIP IS ABOUT FINDING PEOPLE SAME LIKE YOU

The glory of friendship
is not the outstretched hand,
nor the kindly smile,
nor the joy of companionship;
It is the spiritual inspiration
that comes to one
when you discover that
someone else believes in you
and is willing to trust
you with a friendship.

FRIENDS ARE CONNECTED HEART TO HEART

Friends

Friendship consists in forgetting what one gives,
and remembering what one receives.
A best friend is not just someone
who’s always there for you.
It’s someone who
understands you a bit more
than you understand yourself.

NOTHING IS BETTER THAN FRIENDSHIP

Sometimes being a friend
means mastering the art of timing.
There is a time for silence.
A time to let go,
and allow people to hurl themselves,
into their own destiny.
And a time to prepare
to pick up the pieces
when it’s all over.

A FRIENDSHIP THAT CAN NEVER REALLY BEGAN

There is a magnet in your heart
that will attract true friends.
That magnet is unselfishness,
thinking of others first;
when you learn to live for others,
they will live for you.

Love in Friendship

Old friends pass away,
new friends appear.
It is just like the days.
An old day passes,
a new day arrives.
The important thing is to
make it meaningful,
a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day.

What Friendship is all about..

Trust is hard to come by.
That's why my circle is small and tight.
I'm kind of funny about making new friends.

Friendship... is not something you learn in school.
But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship,
you really haven't learned anything.

THE BEST MIRROR IS AN OLD FRIEND

Old friends are Gold,
New friends are Diamonds!
If you get  diamonds,
Don't forget Gold,Because
Only Gold can Hold a Diamond !!

Tuesday, March 25

NEW FRIENDS CAN BE MADE BUT NOT THE OLD ONE

Never take your friend for granted,
hold every person close to your heart.
Because you might wake up one day,
and realize that you have lost a diamond
while you were too busy in collecting stones..

A FRIEND IS ONE WHO IS THERE TO CARE

Making a hundred friends is not a miracle,
the miracle is to make a single friend,
who will stand by your side
even when hundreds are against you.
Respect those friends who find time for you in their busy
schedule but really love those friends who never see
their schedule when you need them.

FRIENDS ARE THIEVES OF TIME

A friend gives hope when life is low,
A friend is a place, when you have nowhere to go,
A friend is honest, a friend is true,
A friend is precious, a friend is you.

A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart,
and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.

When a friend is in trouble, don't annoy him by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it.

MONEY IS AN ENEMY OF FRIENDSHIP

Money is an enemy of friendship. Everybody has an attraction for money. When lending or borrowing of money is done between two friends, there is great risk. Friendship may be affected. So it is wise for true friends to avoid monetary transaction. Vanity is another element which breaks friendship. Everybody has self-respect. When a person tries to criticise his friend, their friendship is affected. So friendship must be treated very delicately.

BETRAYED FRIEND.. :/

In the beginning we had a rule.
Only one rule.
Easy, right?
We are more important than a guy.

But not today.
Not this time.
You've broken the rule.
The one rule.

At first it was ok.
We talked about everything.
I told you my secrets.
You told me yours.

Next came the mistrust.
You told him.
You told him everything.
But that's ok, right?

Then came the abandonment.
Every weekend was with him.
Every night was with him.
Is that still right?

Finally came the cut off.
I'm ignored.
I'm alone.
But he's special, I get it.

I was always there.
I laughed through the good.
I helped through the bad.
I was your rock.

But he's there now, right?
As long as your happy, right?
Everything's fine, right?
We'll get over this, right?

No.

I'm alone and scared.
You're happy and loved.
But when you look at history,
You're alone after you're loved.

Will he always be there?
Will he love you forever?
Will he laugh at the good?
Will he cry at the bad?

We were sisters.
Now I barely recognize you.
I look back, and miss you.
Do you even remember me?
Or am I forgotten...

BEST FRIEND :D

You've been there for me,
through the good times and bad.
I know I can count on you,
to be there when I'm sad.

Life without you,
just wouldn't be right.
I wouldn't be able to get through,
each day and night.

When I've had a bad day,
I know that you're only a call away.
When life takes that crazy turn,
You are always there to help me learn.

We've had so many good times together,
I know we'll be best friends forever.
No matter where we are,
I know we'll never be too far.

You're my idol, my sister, my friend,
We'll be together till the end.
Even when we're old and gray,
You'll be here,to help me get on my way.

The best antiques to collect are old friends..

Old friends sat on their park bench like bookends,
A newspaper blowing through the grass,
Falls on the round toes of the old friends.

Old friends, winter companions, the old men,
Lost in their overcoats, waiting for the sun,
The sounds of the city sifting through trees,
Settles like dust on the shoulders of the old freaks.

Can you imagine us years from today,
sharing a park bench quietly,
How terribly strange to be seventy,
memory brushes the same years,
silently sharing the same fears.

The Way We Were

Memories light the corner of my mind.
Misty water color memories
Of the way we were.
Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind,
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were.
Can it be that it was all so simple then,
Or has time rewritten every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again,
Tell me? would we? could we?
Memories may be beautiful and yet,
What's too painful to remember
We simply choose to forget.
So it's the laughter
We will remember,
Whenever we remember
The way we were.

DOSTI SHAYARI

Teri dosti mein khud ko mehfooz maante hain,
Hum dosto mein tumhe sbse azzez maante hain..
Teri dosti ke saaye mein zinda hain,
Hum to tumhe khuda ka diya hua tabeez maante hain..

Kehte hai dost banana zindagi hai,
Dosti nibhana zindagi hai..
Kitne bhi busy kyu na rahein dinbhar,
Magar ek pal ke liye hi sahi dosto ki yaad
aana zindagi hai..

A FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED

Best friends are people you know,
you don't need to talk to them every single day,
You don't even need to talk to them for weeks,
but when you do, it's like you never stopped talking.

Friendship is not about whom you
have known the longest...it's about
who came, and never left your side...

DREAMS MAY CHANGE BUT FRIENDS ARE FOREVER

Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art...
It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things
that give value to survival.
Sometimes being a friend means mastering the art of
timing. There is a time for silence. A time to let go and
allow people to hurl themselves into their own destiny.
And a time to prepare to pick up the pieces when it's all over.

FRIENDS ARE BORN NOT MADE

I have told my friends

we are going to be friends forever
because, I'm too lazy to find new ones.. ♥

Together we party,together we cry,
kept every single secret , and covered every lie,
because we’re best friends till the day we die.
I love my best friends!

Friends are forever,
until they get in a relationship.

A true friend is one,
who overlooks your failures,
and tolerates your success,
Count your age with friends,
but not with years.

A FRIENDSHIP THAT CAN END NEVER REALLY BEGIN

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand,
not the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship..
it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to be one,
when you discover that someone else believes in you
and willing to trust with a friendship with you..

THE LANGUAGE OF FRIENDSHIP IS NOT WORDS BUT MEANINGS

A perfect friend is someone who sees the pain in your eyes
while everyone else believes in your smile..

A friend who understands your tears is much more valuable
than a lot of friends who only know your smile
